Hatha Yoga Classes aim at balancing your body energy (nadis or energy channels) in order to calm your mind and allow you to meditate.
Hatha Yoga has been practised for thousands of years. Sometime between the 4 th and the 2 nd Centuries BC, Patanjali presented this knowledge in a systematic manner through his Yoga Sutras at part of what is known as Ashtanga Yoga, which is composed of eight steps starting by Yamas (Aptitud) to reach Samadhi (Illumination).
At Bina Yoga, you will find session tailored to each level: from beginners to more advanced. In order to do so, I include vinyasas (sequences of specific postures linked to one another through dynamic movements linked to the breath)
An important part of this practice is Pranayama (control of the Prana through the breath), which we practice regularly.
