Nidra Yoga is also known as “the lucid dream” or as consciousness yoga. It is accessible to anyone, as practice is undertaken laying down.

During the guided practice, students are in the light sleep stage. During this stage, it is easier to access the different levels of the mind, and we can gain access to areas of the subconscious mind in order to access our full potential and therefor change habits that don’t satisfy us.
